Refund Policy

At Mardonyx, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mardonyx.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide you with a replacement item.
